Histological fixatives

ChapTec histological fixatives are made from formaldehyde in solution, salt, acid, alcohol, and other standardized mixtures. Tissue fixation using formaldehyde ensures its preservation by stabilizing cells as close as possible to their in-vivo state. Proper fixation prevents autolysis and therefore the gradual loss of cellular details. All our fixatives are available in secure plastic containers from 10 ml to 1000 L. |
