FOR PAP STAINING
Used as a cytoplasmic stain in Papanicolaou staining, regressive and progressive variants for trichromic staining of vaginal smears. The polychrome mixture of EA50 allows to differentiate eosinophilic cells and elements from cyanophilic ones. The OG6 solution completes the polychromy of the method by staining the keratinized elements.
