GILL'S HEMATOXYLIN are nuclear stains intended for use in histology and cytology to form a blue-purple color characteristic of hematoxylin stains. They are mercury free.
HEMATOXYLIN, GILL I is ideal for routine cytology staining. This single-strength formulation optimally stains gynecological and non-gynecological specimens. General purpose nuclear dye, progressive type. Used with hematoxylin and eosin staining. Staining time is 2 minutes.
