BLUEING REAGENT BX10 is a histological and cytological reagent that replaces tap water in H&E staining protocols, it provides rapid and accurate bluing of nuclear chromatin and cell nucleus membranes. It works by gradually bluing the hematoxylin stain and minimizes the loss of tissue sections and cells from the surface of glass slides.
BLUEING REAGENT BX10 is a concentrated solution and should be diluted before use.
