B-FIX is a cytological fixative offering a safe and optimal alternative to the B5 fixative based on mercury chloride, by having cytological characteristics comparable to those produced by the B5 fixative.
B-FIX offers the fixation of choice for lymph nodes, bone marrow biopsies and other lymphoid and hematopoietic tissues.
