EDTA-BASED DECALCIFYING SOLUTION
A soft decalcification solution based on EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid), with a pH close to physiological pH (7.0 to 7.2). This solution is particularly suitable for maintaining tissue morphology and structure during the decalcification process.
This solution is required when specific molecular elements need to be preserved for techniques such as immunohistochemistry (IHC), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), or polymerase chain reaction (PCR), or in research and diagnostic applications requiring high precision.
