PREFILLED CONTAINERS

TISSUFIX® is a neutral buffered fomaline solution that fixes faster, 35-35% faster than 10% NBF, a faster fixation avoids the necrosis of the tissues and better preserves the proteins that are sought to identify in immunohistochemistry, it causes the hardening of the tissues which allows to handle them without breaking them.

TISSUFIX® is offered in 10 pre-filled container sizes to facilitate and safely ensure the collection and preservation of specimens until they are sent to the pathology service for analysis:

Unbreakable polypropylene containers
Sealed lids with easy stacking design; unscrewable for pots from 40 ml to 1000 ml, and snap-on for larger volumes from 2000 ml to 20 000 ml
Each container is filled at half its nominal volume; for example, for T-50, 50 ml TISSUFIX® in 90 ml container
