FOR H&E STAIN'S - CONCENTRATED X20
DIFFERENTIATOR AQ-X20 is an acidified aqueous solution that is used in histology and cytology in the H&E staining protocol to refine the staining of nuclei in the regressive method and to eliminate non-specific staining (e.g., on glass slides or caused by large acidic proteins) in the progressive and regressive staining methods.
DIFFERENTIATOR AQ-X20 is a concentrated solution and should be diluted before use.
