CERTIFIED BIOLOGICAL STAIN
This dark pink acid dye is mostly used as a cytoplasmic dye in routine HPS colouring. It attaches to dense acidophilic structures such as connective tissue, red blood cells and elastic fibres. It is a regressive dye that requires overcolouring followed by differentiation with water.
